If you receive the following email message regarding DMU Replay:

Subject: [Panopto] Request: vle-panoptopxxxxxxxx has requested access to “xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”

The user vle-panoptopxxxxxxxx has requested access to the session titled “xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx” in the folder “xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”. To grant them access simply click the link below.

If you are not logged into Panopto, you will be asked to login before you can grant this user access.

It indicates that you, or one of your colleagues have created a link in Blackboard to a DMU replay recording that is NOT associated with the module in which you have put the link.

You do not need to respond directly to these emails. However, to rectify the issue you need to move the DMU replay recording to the correct module folder by following this procedure
