Whenever this icon appears in the hub it indicates that the guidelines, procedures or instructions to which it is linked may require you to update existing software or have new software installed on your computer. If this is the case, and you do not have Admin rights on your DMU computer that allow you to install/upgrade software,  you will need to contact ITMS in order to request the install/upgrade.


To request a software install or upgrade:

  1. If it is urgent contact ITMS on extension 6050
  2. Otherwise request the install/upgrade via the ITMS self-service request portal: https://servicedesk.dmu.ac.uk/Sostenuto/SContacts
