Introduction to learning technologies at DMU for new HLS staff

This session is NOT compulsory for new staff – but it is recommended.

This session offers an overview of the core technologies for teaching, learning and assessment, associated policies and procedures concerning their use. It includes information about the Centre for Enhancing Learning through Technology (CELT) and the support they offer, as well as a hands-on introduction to the basic functions of the Blackboard Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Session duration: 90 minutes (max)
