The instructor might want to add colleagues on their Blackboard course. Note that as a instructor you cannot enrol student users.
Below is the guide of how to enroll the user manually.
With Edit Mode On:
1. From the control panel, on the bottom left side of the page, click on Users and Groups and then click on Users.
2. Click on the Find Users to Enroll button.
3. Type in the Username of the person you are wanting to enrol
4. Select the Role (Instructor ONLY)
5. Click Submit.
