I’ve been involved in distance learning design work part-time at DMU since 2011. I was delighted to join the CELT team in April 2017 and to be working under the University’s Department of Library and Learning Services, having worked in several previous professional  library roles (including Assistant Librarian at the Edward Boyle Library, University of Leeds and Librarian for UNICEF UK Committee in London). My IT and technical background includes training as an electrical engineer at Imperial College, London and the BBC Designs Department.

At DMU, I currently combine my role in CELT with a 2-year research fellowship in theatre and mental health in India (funded by the GCRF, MRC and AHRC) and part time lecturing on two postgraduate programmes (the MSc in Medical Leadership, Education and Research and the MSc in Energy and Sustainable Development).
